Important Updates And Latest News [Example only]

July 2015:  Interior refurbishment – work is due to begin on 26 July and last for 6 weeks.  Please remember we need access to each flat so the front doors can be painted.

August 2015: New bicycle shed – we have installed the new bike shed at the rear of the building.   The code for access is 97954# and you should lock you bike to the frames inside.  Remember that carrying of bikes up the stairs will not be allowed after the refurbishment is completed!

September 2015: New service charge budget – the new service charge year starts on 1 October.  The budget for next year can be found under ‘financial documents’ on the Important Documents tab.

September 2015: Interior refurbishment – work is now completed.  We have a retention of 5% of the cost of the works to cover any defects identified before 30 November 2015.  PLEASE TELL US IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU SEE WHICH NEEDS RECTIFYING.
